Our Story

BA Accelerator is a membership for early-career Business Analysts who want real-world support, live guidance, and a safe space to learn while doing the job.

It was created by a senior Business Analyst with over a decade of experience leading analysis across complex programmes and projects in both the public and private sector.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked as a business analysis lead in environments where expectations are unclear, priorities shift, and delivery pressure is constant. I’ve seen first-hand that BA work is rarely difficult because of capability; it’s challenging because the context is messy and under-supported.

Alongside delivery roles, I’ve spent more than a decade coaching and mentoring junior and apprentice Business Analysts, helping them build confidence, clarity, and judgement in real situations.

Early-career BAs are rarely under-skilled. They are far more often under-supported.

My own career was built on practical experience and demonstrable skills rather than a certification-heavy route. Confidence in BA work comes from support, feedback, and learning while doing the job.

Over time, I realised the part of my work I value most is seeing others grow. This was reinforced through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), a widely used personality framework. My INFJ profile, often associated with mentoring, insight, and personal development, helped articulate something I already knew: my fulfilment comes from helping others develop.

BA Accelerator exists to provide safe, independent support alongside your role, not in competition with it.

This isn’t training. It isn’t mentoring in name only. It’s practical, ongoing support for real BA work, in real delivery environments.
